YMCA 350 N. Garey – Spectra Co. Offices – The Village Adaptive Reuse

Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services and coordination for moving Spectra offices into the existing historic YMCA building at 350 N. Garey Avenue, Pomona. Spectra Co., a Pomona-based firm specializing in the restoration and preservation of historic buildings across the Western United States, is restoring and renovating the 1920 building into The Village Pomona. The project includes office space for nonprofits, live-work units for young artists and entrepreneurs, a café in the southwest corner of the building, and facilities for concerts, conferences, and special events.
