Budlong provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for this project, which consisted of improvements and expansions to the existing vacant facilities located at 2451 Latigo Avenue in Oxnard, California. The Ventura County Fire Protection District purchased the property and repurposed it as a multi-use Support Services Facility.
