Our engineers assisted to prepare design & construction documents for the renovation & construction of the 42,883 SF of existing space in Building 209 This included comprehensive Schematic Design, design development, and Construction Design services. Deliverables included the Schematic Designs drawings with 3 options, Design Development drawings, Construction Documents, Specifications, and Cost Estimates for all disciplines. Deliverables included the preparation of complete bidding & construction documents. All designs and drawings were created using AutoCAD 2019 and 3-D Building Information Modeling (BIM).
