VAMC Houston, Renovation of Pathology and Laboratory Phase I

Our team provided all professional and technical expertise to develop Schematics, pre-design preliminaries, Design Drawings, Specifications, cost estimates and Construction Contract Bid Documents to renovate approximately 29,000 SF of Pathology and Laboratory space on the 3rd floor of B-100. Design shall include phasing of the construction to minimize disruption of services. Our team also develop Space Plan for the renovation of the entire laboratory section for future planning purposes.
