VA Temple Dom C & D, for Behavioral & Mental Health Renovation Project

Our team was responsible for delivering comprehensive AE design services for the renovation of Dom C (project number 674-15-213) at the Central Texas VA Medical Center, including a full-scale pharmacy renovation. This involved providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and oversight to ensure seamless project execution. We conducted a thorough assessment of the existing facilities, and provided specialized services to address the unique requirements of the renovation. Our scope included detailed programming, master planning, schematic design, design development, the creation of construction documents, and ongoing construction support services. Throughout this process, our team maintained close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that all project goals were met on time and within budget.

Additionally, as part of this project, we facilitated the relocation of mental health outpatient care services to the Dom-C Wing at the VA Temple Medical Center. This aspect of the project involved careful consideration of the space’s functionality, ensuring that the new layout would enhance both patient care and operational efficiency. Our team worked diligently to integrate the mental health services in a way that aligns with the broader goals of the VA Medical Center while optimizing patient experience and accessibility.
