USC School of Pharmacy – 3rd & 4th Floor
This project was a tenant improvement to remodel the entire 3rd & 4th floor to provide change of use from dormitories into a creative office space to create a dynamic new student center. The renovation work included upgrading the mechanical, electrical, lighting and plumbing systems.
The remodel included providing: Student Recreation Center, Student Café, Student Quiet Room, Dr. George T. Hori Student Lounge, Student Worker Office, Career Counseling Office, Break/Copy Room, Conference Room, Conference Center, Reception, Student Affairs, Financial Aid and Admission Director Office.
