UC Santa Barbara University Art Museum
Our team is currently working on this new two-story structure, with no basement, and with a building footprint of 100,000 ft. It will be a simple, economical, and humble yet stylish facility with similar attributes to the Long Beach Concourse-Expansion of 2012, and the Concourse A expansion at Denver International Airport.
The Concourse will be designed to support eight (8) new Aircraft Design Group (ADG) III gates with an “Optimum” level of service (LOS) in accordance with the Airport Development Reference Manual (ADRM) produced by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
This includes, but is not limited to, holdrooms, passenger boarding bridges, restrooms, concessions (excluding food-service kitchens), circulation, airline operations space, airport support spaces, baggage makeup areas, etc.
Note that this project excludes CBP facilities for international arrivals. The Concourse will be designed with the flexibility to support an additional 3 future gates if/when the AA Super Bay hangar is demolished.
