Topanga Community Library

Our engineers provided LEED Systems Design for this 23,486 SF library building, which includes all necessary mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services to prepare energy calculations, modeling, and MEP design to conform to LEED certification requirements. Our engineers also provided LEED “Gold” Certification documentation and administration services for the new library. A double-interlock pre-action sprinkler system was installed to protect the book collection.
