Thomas Berkeley Square Office Building & Parking Garage, New Facility

Our engineers provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for this new 107,000sf four-story mixed-use office building and parking garage with LEED Certification and Energy Conservation implementation. The project is design-build and houses the administrative headquarters for the County Social Services Agency and the North County Self Sufficiency Center.
