The Village – Assisted Care Living Homes

Budlong provided the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) professional engineering design services for the Skilled Nursing Facility (“SNF”) and the Assisted Living/Memory Care (“AL/MC”) project located at 9600 Prairie St., Northridge, CA. The “AL/MC” is a four-story building over one level of parking, with 48 assisted living & 48 memory care resident units (117,000 gsf-incl parking). “AL/MC” consisted of 2 levels of (AL) and 2 levels of (MC) for a total of 96 resident units. The “SNF” is a single-story building housing 24 beds (25,000gsf) and was considered an OSHPD project.
