The MacArthur Adaptive Reuse

This grand eleven-story structure was built in 1926 for the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, a fraternal organization and social club, known then as Elks Lodge No. 99. Our engineers provided an emergency generator and fire sprinkler system, which included a fire alarm, fire command center, emergency egress lighting, elevators, fire water tank, and provisions for a following phase to reopen hotel rooms.
