Sutter Health Eden Medical Center
Structural engineering design provided for the new 130-bed acute care hospital. The project is one of the first Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) hospital projects in California.
The team designed and delivered a facility that offers the highest standards of healthcare delivery and operational efficiency within an accelerated schedule and budget. TTG utilized lean design and construction project management methods enabled by emerging 3D virtual design and assembly technologies to plan, design, coordinate, detail, fabricate, and pre-assemble the various facility components.
Value stream mapping was used to visually show the workflow processes and look for ways to streamline them to deliver value. LEED Silver certified.
