Our firm provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for a new 33,000sf therapy, aquatic and administration center building for this assisted-living community. The building contains a state-of-the-art Therapy and Aquatic Center for both land-and water-based therapy. Foundation offices are located above and beside these functions.
