Retirement Homes at Mt. San Antonio Gardens

Mt. San Antonio Gardens has a 30-acre campus and has been in existence for 46 years. It is a non-profit life care retirement community with 470-plus residents. The campus includes a hospital wing, an Alzheimer’s unit, and individual apartments and condominiums for the residents. Budlong provided MEP design to renovate housing units and remodel main building, dining area, electrical distribution system including emergency systems, underground HV distribution system upgrade, complete campus FA upgrade, a Social Center including the cafeteria, auditorium, lounge and bookstore areas.
