New Alhambra Civic Center Library

Budlong provided complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) design for this two-story 45,000 SF State of the Art Facility with a two-story underground parking garage. The new library was built on the north side of City Hall on an existing parking lot.Budlong started the design development in 2005 and the grand opening of the library was in September 2008. The $30 million project was designed on a tight schedule and constructed without any change orders.
