Our firm provided structural design for this 3-story, 93,000 SF Villa that provides independent and assisted living services with 70 units resting on a bearing type foundation. The facility contains studios, 1-2 bedroom units, beauty salon, health spa, exercise room, greenhouse, indoor and outdoor dining areas and a business center with computers and a stock market ticker.
