The Maybourne Hotel is located at 225 N Canon Dr. in the City of Beverly Hills, California. The building was constructed and completed in 2008. The building design is a Spanish Colonial concept with a luxury hotel, condominiums, restaurants, and retail stores. The existing building consists of nine levels and four subterranean levels. The building will be going thru a remodel from Level 1 to Level 8 and completely remodel Level 9 and add Level 10.
The building currently has four levels of subterranean parking (P1, P2, P3 & P4) that connects with building 235 N Canon Dr. (this building is excluded from the scope of work). The building will be occupied and maintained operational during construction.
