Los Angeles Unified School District Roybal Learning Center – Changes to HVAC and Generator Projects

Budlong managed the generator replacement project at three locations: Transportation Branch HQ (17,300 SF), Student Health and Human Services (14,100 SF), and Police Headquarters (35,200 SF). The scope included MEP and HVAC design for two new generators, electrical upgrades, HVAC split systems, a new UPS, and sprinkler modifications for the 66,000 SF facility. We coordinated regular meetings with stakeholders, tracked issues for timeline management, and provided a Field Change Directive (FCD) for DSA approval.
