B&A provided MEP design for the Center for Sciences building including: Large Animal Cadaver Room, Human Cadaver Room Air Handling Units, the Planetarium, Veterinary Technology Rooms, and various lecture halls and classrooms.

Specialty design included: pathogen elimination from animal autopsy room, mitigate pathogens from human cadavers. Other designed included: updated the surgery room scrubbing procedures for veterinary surgery tables, relieved/fixed the oxygen for veterinary center, provided scavenging system for antiseptic equipment in veterinary tech surgery room and provided complete salt water system for oceanography presentation & study table.
