LAX Delta’s Terminal 5 U.S. Custom Border & Protection Renovation

LAX Delta’s Terminal 5 U.S. Custom Border & Protection Renovation

In our recent 60,000-square-foot renovation of Terminal 5 for Customs & Border Patrol, we executed a comprehensive upgrade of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems while maintaining 24/7 airport operations. Our IT and low voltage design featured cutting-edge telecommunications systems for voice and data, advanced IT room buildouts, and optimized communication pathways. We provided state-of-the-art wireless WiFi coverage, robust signage cabling, and an Electronic Visual Information Display System (EVIDS). Our solutions included enhanced paging systems, a sophisticated Access Control and Alarm Monitoring System (ACAMS), and a high-definition Video Management System (VMS) with CCTV cameras. We also upgraded fire detection and alarm systems, revamped the electrical infrastructure, and integrated new escalators, elevators, and 400 H2 preconditioned portable HVAC units. This project exemplifies our commitment to innovative design and operational excellence.
