Currently, our team at Budlong is actively engaged in providing comprehensive HVAC system replacement and upgrade services for Chatsworth Senior High School. The project stems from the urgent need to address the deteriorating condition of the existing HVAC units across the campus, as highlighted in the Facility Component Index (FCI) report. Located on a 37.5-acre site in Chatsworth, the school’s buildings, primarily constructed in 1961, are in dire need of modernization to ensure efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Our work involves replacing outdated systems with state-of-the-art equipment to improve cooling and heating distribution, enhance energy efficiency, and promote sustainability. From centralized air handling units to rooftop package units and specialized areas like the administration office building and the library, our team is committed to delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique requirements of each space. Through this project, we aim to create a healthier and more comfortable learning environment for students and staff, while also contributing to the long-term operational efficiency and environmental sustainability of Chatsworth Senior High School.
