Budlong provided the mechanical, electrical and fire alarm design engineering services to upgrade existing HVAC systems of the facility for the Department of Public Social Services at 8130 S. Atlantic Ave, Cudahy, CA 90201. HVAC replacement of two (2) ground-mounted existing air handlers, two (2) chillers, boiler, ductwork, exhaust fan, turbine vent, pumps, piping and associated accessories. Provide new boiler, chiller, air handlers, pumps etc. including exposed roof top duct system. The Fire Alarm system of this facility by expanding smoke detection, pull stations, strobes etc. as only part of the building is currently covered by the Fire Alarm system. Replacing the Fire Alarm panel will be required since its old and maxed out.
