Kaiser Permanente – Mental Health Facility Central Plant Replacement

Budlong provided electrical and plumbing services for the central plant replacement at a mental health facility in Los Angeles. The project included developing detailed construction documents and creating demolition plans for the removal and relocation of existing printing and computer network systems, as well as a bathtub, water closet, and lavatory. The existing mechanical, lighting, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm systems were preserved, while we designed new electrical power connections and a plumbing plan to support the updated facility.
