HRL Lost Hills – Multiple Projects

Budlong is provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler design and commissioning services for the HRL Offsite Office and Lab Renovation in Calabasas, CA. The 85,000 SF space will be renovated to include office areas, laboratories with specialized utilities, a data center, and potential restroom upgrades. Budlong’s scope covers HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low-voltage, and security system design, with coordination for lab-specific needs. The project is divided into three phases: office suite renovation, lab infrastructure upgrades, and lab suite build-out.
