Hollenbeck Police Station

Our firm provided MEP design for a new 54,000sf 2-story main building that houses a multipurpose room, offices, temporary holding cells, and lobby & support areas. The building is designed to achieve a LEED GOLD rating from the USGBC. Our team provided technology, intercom, access key and security engineering design as well.
