The project consists of a four (4) story new construction building of 88 permanent supportive housing units (factory manufactured), 1 market rate manager’s unit and common areas. The common area services include on site property management offices, community room, community laundry room and outdoor hardscaped and landscaped areas for residents. In addition, the project provides 5,000 SF public accessible outdoor space as required.
The project is one of five developments to be produced as part of the City of Los Angeles HHH Innovation Challenge, a $40 million award made to Abode Communities, Mercy Housing California, and LA Family Housing to streamline site selection, design, construction, and financing of prefabricated modular housing.
