Budlong provided MEP design documents and specifications in sufficient detail for agency approval, contractor pricing, and construction.
The project scope included:
- Standard office TI. The project scope includes the 3rd floor (the whole floor, approx. 22400 SF) and a portion of the 6th floor (3000 SF). It is located at 990 W. 190th Street, Torrance, CA.
- RCP will show 2×2 ceiling tiles with 2×2 LED light fixtures throughout the whole 3rd floor, except at a few common areas where KK might introduce a different type of ceiling and light fixtures.
- There will be a combination of private offices, conference rooms, storage, and open offices on the 3rd floor.
- Portion of 6th floor – The client would like to convert the 3000 SF space into a multipurpose room. There will be 2×2 acoustical ceiling tiles with 2×2 light fixtures as well.
