Greycroft has signed a 10-year, 19,518-square-footage-foot lease at FreeMarket. FreeMarket is an office campus now under construction at 821 Traction Avenue. The lease accounts for nearly half of the available space at the 40,000-square-foot property and will include offices on the ground and second floors along with outdoor spaces.
The project is located at 821 Traction Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90013. It consists of 2 existing buildings. The site currently has two buildings; building 1 is about 19,061 SF and Building 2 is about 3,217 SF. Budlong provided full mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services and construction administration.
