Budlong provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing professional design services for the 4 story multi-family project located on Glendale Boulevard. The 19 units are a combined total of 14,750 square feet split up into (10) one-bedroom units and (9) two-bedroom units. Site utilities included calculation for gas, water, sewer, electric and lighting were included under the scope of the project. A below grade covered parking structure was included in the design.
