First Chinese Baptist Church

Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural engineering services for this new 3-story, 20,000 SF classroom building on approximately 50’ x 100’ site with pre-existing abandoned oil wells. An existing 2-story building will be demolished to make room for the new building. Site work will be required to facilitate traffic flow to adjacent buildings and create a new outdoor courtyard. Project included classrooms, nursery, gymnasium, multipurpose assembly rooms, office and kitchen.
