Our engineers provided structural engineering for the expansion of the Farmers Market to include 7 buildings and a clock tower – Building A at 98,123sf with 43,368sf of basement space; Building E at 55,000sf; Buildings O & P at 23,204sf; Building B1 at 4,975sf; Building B2 at 3,084sf; & Northwest Corner at 5,098sf. The expansion includes new replacement retail stores; restaurants; office space; 550 surface parking spaces; improved site amenities and incorporated a trolley to connect the Market to the neighboring retail center (The Grove).
