County of Ventura – Replacement Maintenance Facility

Our firm provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for the County of Ventura to relocate its existing maintenance facility from El Rio to Saticoy. The new maintenance facility consisted of two large buildings and smaller buildings located on a three-acre site at the east end of Ventura.
