County of Orange West Orange Park

The project involves creating a new passive park on County of Orange Flood Control property in the west side of the City of Orange, meeting community needs. Scope includes ADA concrete paving, fencing, monumentation/ trail signage, LED area lighting, and electrical infrastructure for security cameras, with potential amenities outlined in the attached conceptual design.Excluding a bathroom, the park will cover approximately 1.8 acres of the parcel, with exact boundaries determined pre-project award. An additional parking lot design on adjacent property is considered as an add alternate.
