B&A team provided SD – CD Phase design drawings and construction support services. The referenced project was a tenant improvement for a new client moving in located at 1000 Avenida Acaso, Camarillo, California 93012. The total space Is 25,000 Sf which included the following:

- Downstream &, Upstream Labs = 3,511 Sf
- Mass Spec Lab = 915 Sf
- Freezer Rooms = 204 Sf
- Autoclave Room = 380 Sf.
