City of Palmdale – Oasis & SAVES New Emergency Power Generator Project

The services included verifying as-built drawings, developing demolition plans, performing load calculations with SCE data, and sizing a fuel tank for 24-hour runtime. The design work covered site electrical plans, feeder routing, voltage drop, fault current calculations, and structural design for the generator pad. Additional tasks involved ensuring AQMD compliance with a Particulate Filter near schools, conducting a pre-bid walk, two site visits with punch lists, and creating CAD backgrounds from as-built drawings.
