City Of Los Angeles – Fire Station

Our firm provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural design for this 22,538 SF new fire station to replace the existing 4,250 SF station built in the 1950s. Fire Station #21 was designed to achieve enough credits to obtain LEED Certified status. The design incorporated locally produced materials and materials with recycled content, energy-efficient electrical and mechanical systems, maximized the use of daylighting, and incorporated techniques that enhance indoor air quality.
