City of LA, LAPD Headquarters Building

Our Team provided MEP & Low Voltage services for the 11-story, 500,000sf LAPD Headquarters Building. The building is designed as a high-rise with smoke evacuation system, stair pressurization system, intercom, access key technology and full fire alarm and sprinkler system. A chilled water system (with three chillers) is located in the base plant room and is connected to three large air handling units (one base and two on roof). The structure uses a multi level reinforced concrete underground parking facility with structural steel superstructure.
