Budlong provided design services for the HVAC
upgrade project at the civic center and other projects included the following:
• Library – Budlong provided design plans to replace the condenser, cooling towers, coils, boilers and controls for the 21,000 SF library.
• Theater – The theater had a capacity of 738 seats and Budlong provided new CO2 demand control ventilation for the large office areas, replacing the boiler and providing new EMS controls.
• Budlong also provided electrical design for the golf course and the Columbia Space Center.
