City of Azusa Library

Our engineers provided MEP and telecomm systems for a new 2-story, 60,000 SF library with basement parking. The facility contains adult and children’s areas, computer labs and stations, a homework center, a community meeting room, outdoor reading areas, and retail/café space. The HVAC system consists of air-cooled water chillers which serve the rooftop variable volume air handling units. A high-tech underfloor HVAC system will be utilized in the open areas.
