Cass Winery – Geneseo Inn

Budlong provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and fire protection (MEP/FA/FP) professional engineering services required to develop design documents for the referenced project. Cass Vineyard & Winery is added an on-site bed and breakfast constructed entirely of recycled steel shipping containers. The first-of-its-kind development in Paso Robles, CA provides vacation-style suites with a modern contemporary style and floor-toceiling windows to maximize the vineyard views. The inn opened spring 2019. The inn includes eight suites with seven composed of two 8-by-20-feet steel containers and the last a larger family suite. Parking is vailable under each suite.
