Budlong provided an assessment of the MEP, fire sprinkler, fire alarm and telecom infrastructure systems for 5-floors of the City of Beverly Hills historic city hall tower. Each floor is approximately 1,200 S.F.
Our team visited the site to assess the existing infrastructure of the MEP, fire sprinkler, fire alarm and telecom systems infrastructure for future tenant improvements. Our field assessment was provided in narrative form to include recommendations of MEP services based on future office use space along with preliminary cost estimates based on building square footage.
