Our firm provided MEP services for this 6 story 156 unit assisted care living complex. This facility will include full service kitchen, dining, laundry and other supporting functions to make a fully functional assisted care living complex. There will include an underground parking facility that will hold up to 290 vehicles, which will be shared by a church facility.
