BART Parking Structure & Retail/ Commercial Space

Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and telecommunications/security engineering services for the new construction of a 6-level above-grade open & sprinkled parking structure with 756 parking spaces and total area of 316,000-sf, which includes 9,000-sf of commercial/retail space on the ground floor. Building will have elevators, sump pumps, emergency generator, roll-up doors at driveways and utility stub-outs for the commercial/retail space.
