Los Angeles County Parks & Recreation Whittier Aquatic Center Design Build

Design-Build approach for the proposed Whittier Aquatic Center Development Project (Project) will be located at Pioneer High School, 10800 Ben Avon Street in the unincorporated community of West Whittier-Los Nietos. The Project will consist of site preparation and construction of an aquatic center which shall include an Olympic-size competition swimming pool, a practice pool, and an Aquatic Center building. This building shall include a lobby/check-in area, staff observation room, dressing/restroom facilities, storage, an instructional classroom, and related improvements.

Adequate parking and secure perimeter will also be incorporated as part the project. Budlong is providing the MEP/FLS engineering design services.
