Beverly Hills City Hall

Budlong provided services for assessing the MEP, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and telecom infrastructure systems in the 5-floor historic City Hall tower of the City of Beverly Hills. Each floor, approximately 1,200 square feet, underwent evaluation for future tenant improvements. Assessments were provided in narrative form, including MEP service recommendations tailored to office space use, along with preliminary cost estimates based on square footage. Any code deficiencies within scope were outlined in the assessment report. Building was completely operational and occupied during upgrades with creative planning and phasing measures.
