GrowthPoint is a modular housing manufacturer using shipping containers to produce multi-story customized developments. Budlong worked side by side to implement Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing designs and services, including HVAC, Low Voltage, and Fire Alarm systems. The mixed-use project included (13) SRO hotel units & (8) multi-family apartments (of which (1) is Very Low-Income Affordable Housing). 11 t-grade car spaces were provided.
