Budlong provided Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services to the project site which consists of an existing building with four wings housing Kaiser Permanente, John Deer, and American Honda Corporation. With 11.6 acres, the scope of work is to provide new energy efficient LED lighting, parking security gates and provisions for future electric vehicles charging stations. The parking lot lighting was retrofitted (luminaire only) or replaced (pole light assembly) with new per the site programming. The electrical plans will include power for new parking entrance gates and revenue equipment.
