This project was a tenant improvement at 333 S. Grand Ave on the 8th floor. B&A provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for a new floor layout.Our engineers provided full new power, lighting and HVAC distributions per the new floor layout. The design documents and specifications were provided in sufficient detail for agency approval, contractor pricing and construction. This project maintained LEED certification.
