B&A provided MEP design services for construction on a new 8,850 SF restaurant in an existing two-story shell space H4. It was in an existing restaurant space, with the new project including a complete gut of the area and doing new kitchens on both first and second floor, new bar on second floor only, ADA bathrooms, with the rest of the space dining.
