Netflix Buildings 729 & 733 Seward Street

Budlong provided mechanical, electrical, lighting, and plumbing engineering design services for the Netflix Office Spaces Tenant Improvements in two buildings. Building 729 had three levels: Basement, Ground Floor, and 2nd Floor. Building 733 had two levels: Ground Floor & 2nd Floor.These building will be for post-production and will house open offices, executive offices, private offices, writers offices, lounges, conference rooms, edit bays, screening rooms, voice recording, multi-purpose room, and outdoor lounging area.
